Sessions are available:
- Online – from the comfort of your own space
- In person – at my private therapy suite in Stafford
Out in nature – with walk-and-talk sessions in calming, natural surroundings.

Counselling Sessions
Therapy with THRYV is about more than talking it’s about reconnecting with yourself and creating real, lasting change. Using an integrative approach, I draw on different therapeutic models to tailor each session to you and what you need most in that moment.
You can choose the setting that feels right for you:
- In-person sessions at my private therapy suite in Stafford a calm, confidential space where you can pause and reflect.
- Online sessions, accessible wherever you are in the UK, offering flexibility and consistency from the comfort of home.
- Walk-and-talk therapy, held in natural surroundings such as Cannock Chase, Lichfield Park, or Walsall Arboretum combining the benefits of movement, nature, and open conversation.
However you choose to work, you’ll be met with warmth, respect, and a safe space to explore what’s going on for you free from judgment, and entirely at your pace.
Training & Development for Professionals and Businesses
THRYV also provides mental health and wellbeing training for teams and organisations across sectors.
From self-care and emotional resilience to neurodiversity and self-harm & suicide awareness, each session is grounded in frontline experience and therapeutic understanding making it practical, relatable, and impactful.
